Project Feature: The Duff Center at Mississippi State University
Mississippi State University recently began construction on a new, centralized home for the university’s Autism and Developmental Disabilities Clinic (ADDC), Disability Resource Center, and Department of Kinesiology, thanks to a cornerstone commitment from brothers Jim and Tommy Duff of Columbia.
In bringing three critical MSU programs together- physical and developmental disabilities, as well as kinesiology- under one roof, The Jim and Thomas Duff Center will foster a cohesive learning environment to benefit students and practitioners and serve as a vital resource for Mississippi children and families.
Our team at RWT is partnering with Lutron and Perkins Everitt Lighting and Controls to coordinate the installation of Lutron Quantum Systems.
Quantum solutions help you unlock your building's full potential and deliver a superior environment throughout the day. Quantum offers a broad range of control strategies and capabilities to manage all the light in your building—automated lighting and daylight control, simple integration with time clocks and HVAC systems, and personal control to tune lighting to individual preferences for every situation. Advanced capabilities, such as tunable white control and solar-responsive shading software, ensure a responsive system able to provide the right environment today, and easily adapt over time to meet changing occupant needs.
